As a recruiting partner of GroupM, we are looking for you as a Compensation & Benefits Manager (a) at 100% in Düsseldorf. In this role, you'll work for the world's leading media group, which is also part of the global communication services provider WPP. You will build up the Compensation and Benefits department. 🌐

What You Will Be Doing

  • In your role, you will be responsible for the harmonization and further development of local compensation and benefits structures
  • You act as a central contact person for the companies management and the people team regarding compensation and benefits (e.g. salary bands, job mapping and target agreements)
  • You strengthen transparency for the employees through regular communication as well as the introduction and establishment of reward dashboards
  • You keep an eye on market trends, conduct benchmarks and derive measures for the future development of internal structures
  • Together with the international Total Rewards team, you will implement strategic projects in the agency group

What You Bring To The Job

  • You have a sound knowledge of Total Rewards and already have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • You already have experience in the development and establishment of compensation and benefits structures, ideally in a larger company or a consulting firm
  • As a winning well-structured personality, you convince all hierarchical levels and know how to effectively communicate the technical content in a target-group-oriented manner
  • Embrace a healthy pragmatism while maintaining a pioneering spirit
  • Hands-on and motivated, enjoys agile environments, and keen on bringing in new ideas
