In this role, you will shape and lead the Operations Intelligence landscape by structuring and connecting global data streams, defining KPI frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making across international supply chain and operations teams. You will act as a strategic sparring partner to key stakeholders, drive transparency across countries, and build scalable analytics and governance structures to support operational excellence. 🌐🤝

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and establish an integrated Operations Intelligence framework to enhance global supply chain transparency and decision-making
- Define, develop and visualize relevant KPIs to drive operational excellence and performance steering
- Create intuitive dashboards and data models (e.g. in Qlik, Power BI, SAP IBP) to support strategic decisions and management visibility
- Identify risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and structured process evaluation
- Lead and develop a small, cross-functional team focusing on analytics, performance management and data automation
- Collaborate closely with supply chain–related functions and key stakeholders, including IT, Controlling, Data Management and Process Steering
- Support the standardization and digitalization of global planning and control processes
- Optimize interfaces between countries, logistics hubs, business entities and 3PL partners
- Present clear, data-based recommendations to management and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Drive a culture of analytical thinking, transparency and continuous improvement within Operations
What You Bring To The Job
- Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Science or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management or Data Analytics
- Proven ability to design and implement KPI frameworks, reporting structures and governance models
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable insights
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their operational interdependencies
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI) and a solid understanding of SAP IBP / S/4HANA data structures
- Basic SQL skills for connecting data sources and building efficient analytical models
- Experience in process management or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN desirable)
- Structured and conceptual way of working, with strong communication and presentation skills
- High self-motivation and strategic curiosity, with the ambition to lead and develop a small team in the medium term
