In your position, you will act as a link between the internal customers and the internal IT teams. You will advise on the implementation and optimisation of IT service management processes, develop service designs, define SLAs and KPIs, conduct training and work closely with internal teams and ServiceNow experts. 🚀

What You Will Be Doing
- Definition and implementation of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring and monitoring IT service quality
- Consulting and support in the design, implementation and optimisation of IT service management processes based on ITIL, COBIT and other relevant frameworks
- Analysing existing ITSM structures and identifying potential for improvement
- Design and implementation of service design and service transition processes
- Developing and implementing IT service management processes to ensure the alignment of IT investments with the client's business objectives
- Conduct training and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate ITSM requirements into IT infrastructure and IT service delivery and with internal ServiceNow experts to share best practices and solutions and continuously contribute to the evolution of ServiceNow implementations
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM measures to management
What You Bring To The Job
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in consulting for ITSM projects with a focus on IT service management
- Extensive knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or ISO 20000 and experience in the realisation and implementation of ITSM best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and quality awareness
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- english: B2 – Upper Intermediate
