What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage CAPEX investments for time, cost, and project goals
  • Test new machine installations for contract compliance
  • Lead user requirement development for new equipment
  • Coordinate line startups and decommissioning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for equipment support
  • Support construction projects, including scope, design, and testing
  • Address equipment issues, reduce downtime, and manage projects
  • Develop SOPs with maintenance and vendors
  • Analyze workflows and monitor KPIs for productivity
  • Track business costs and capital expenditures
  • Design and execute engineering projects
  • Proactively troubleshoot and seek professional development

What You Bring To The Job

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with automated equipment in manufacturing
  • Project experience in user requirement development for new equipment
  • Knowledge of plant engineering and automation
  • Diverse experience in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in plant utilities and auxiliary systems
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
  • Facility assessment and troubleshooting expertise
  • Understanding of automated machinery and processes
  • Proficient in recording and analyzing complex business data
  • GMP and safety knowledge, including OSHA compliance
  • Implementation and monitoring of regulatory and safety guidelines
  • Flexible schedule, on-call availability, and willingness to travel locally for daytrips
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective writing of reports, manuals, and presentations
  • "Can do" attitude and approach
  • Travel Requirements: 20% locally, day-trips
  • english: C1 – Advanced

Nice-to-Haves

  • First years experience in an aseptic and/or powder manufacturing environment
  • Experience validating aseptic and/or powder manufacturing equipment and processes
