What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyzing business requirements of customers
  • Designing and implementing customized technical solutions in the sophisticated environment of SAP Customer Experience (CX)
  • Assisting customers in integrating on-premise and SAP Cloud systems, as well as in error analysis and resolution
  • Managing interfaces between SAP CX solutions and other systems
  • Building and expanding platforms

What You Bring To The Job

  • Experience in developing and implementing SAP Customer Experience solutions and integrating SAP Customer Experience solutions with other systems and platforms
  • Profound knowledge in programming with ABAP, Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Good understanding of processes and technologies
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving competence
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a high willingness to learn
  • Travel Requirements: Approximately 60%, mostly within Germany, but also possible in European countries, including the DACH region.
  • german: C1 – Advanced
  • english: B2 – Upper Intermediate


  • Successfully completed degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent education
