What You Will Be Doing
- Own and drive the global sales strategy, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities
- Lead, inspire, and grow the sales team to hit ambitious revenue goals
- Identify and build relationships with enterprise clients, key accounts, and strategic partners across the DACH region and beyond
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Solution Delivery Team to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong customer retention
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, reporting, and forecasting
- Represent akenza at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Manages: 3-10 direct reports
What You Bring To The Job
- Extensive B2B software sales experience with proven track record, in the field of SaaS, IoT, or enterprise tech
- A proven track record of building and leading sales teams
- Deep understanding of solution-based selling and long sales cycles with enterprise clients
- Strong network within the DACH region – bonus if it includes smart building, facility management, or industrial sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and passion for innovation
- Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growing tech company
- Travel Requirements: Yes
- english: C1 – Advanced
- german: C1 – Advanced
