This senior role necessitates a broad understanding of IT technology and service management processes, along with adept collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups within Zurich Group. 🚀

GTO SW Asset Management, featuring an international team in four countries, oversees a substantial software portfolio, supporting various IT stakeholders in meeting their objectives. This opportunity offers a global platform to define and implement 'Best Practice' SAM methodologies, primarily centered around IBM and supplemented by Oracle or Red Hat expertise. 🏢🤝

What You Will Be Doing

What You Bring To The Job

  • Several years of relevant proven experience with direct responsibility and hands-on management of IBM / SAP / MS software portfolio in enterprise environment (irrespective of industry)
  • Advanced hands-on MS Excel skills (V/H-Look Ups, Pivots, Complex calculations, …)
  • Analytical skills, financial and commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to process data in a complex global organizational environment
  • Organizational, productivity, time and project management skills
  • Ability to interface, influence and network with managers, staff and stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Communication and negotiation skills with vendors as well as with internal stakeholders

Focus MS:

  • Several years of relevant proven experience with personally creating and responsibility for a full ELP for server based software (primarily SQL and Windows)
  • Strong understanding of license restrictions, benefits, optimization opportunities, BYOL concepts for product use within AWS/Azure Cloud
  • Active hands-on work with general Microsoft specific system and usage billing, tracking and measurement tools

Focus IBM:

  • Several years of relevant proven experience with personally creating and responsibility for a full ELP for server based software
  • Strong understanding of license restrictions, benefits, optimization opportunities, BYOL concepts for product use within AWS/Azure Cloud
  • Active hands-on work with general IBM specific system and usage billing, tracking and measurement tools
  • english: B2 – Upper Intermediate

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Oracle and/or Red Hat
  • Experience with profit and loss (P&L) calculations and accruals for cost impact
