What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of a marketing portfolio for Carnault's luxury el. Cigarette range. Ensure the brand resonates with affluent consumers in the luxury segment while referencing the culture of tobacco cigarettes.
- Brand Positioning and Development: Shape and maintain the identity of Carnault as a luxury brand in the electronic cigarette space. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to craft visually striking campaigns that evoke the brand’s premium positioning, incorporating aesthetics inspired by luxury sectors like fashion and fine goods.
- Event Marketing: Plan and manage high-end marketing events and brand activations, both in-person and on social media, ensuring these events reflect the sophistication of the brand.
- Digital and Social Media Strategy: Create engaging and visually aligned content for social media channels. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement, particularly in high-end digital spaces.
- Public Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with luxury media outlets, influencers, and potential brand partners to increase Carnault’s visibility within the luxury sector.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for brand growth and new customer acquisition in international luxury markets, with a specific focus on Europe and North America
What You Bring To The Job
- Experience in Luxury Marketing: In-depth experience in luxury brand marketing, ideally within sectors such as fashion, fine goods, or other premium consumer products (experience with brands like Hermès, or within the luxury goods industry, is highly desirable).
- Aesthetic Vision: Deep understanding of luxury design, lifestyle branding, and how to translate a product's value through its visual and emotional appeal.
- Strategic Mindset with a Hands-on Approach: Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while being involved in the detailed execution of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling brand narratives and communicate with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Event Management Expertise: Experience organizing luxury marketing events that reinforce brand values and create memorable customer experiences.
- Digital Savvy: Expertise in digital marketing, particularly in using social media platforms to grow a luxury brand’s online presence and reach.
- Efficient Marketing Skills: The person must understand how to execute highly efficient and impactful marketing strategies.
- Travel Requirements: 20-30% within Switzerland and Europe, average length of stay: days
