As a recruiting partner of Bark and Bone, Bark and Bone is looking for you as Certified Dog Trainer, full-time, for the on-site location in Samstagern, Switzerland.📍
In your position, you will be instrumental in helping dogs and their owners build lifelong bonds through high-quality training in a supportive and positive environment. You will guide clients, adapting training methods to diverse needs, and contribute to a community that truly cares about dogs.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead small group training sessions.
- Provide individual private lessons tailored to specific needs.
- Support clients in building loving and lasting relationships with their dogs.
- Adapt training methods for a diverse group of clients and dogs.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and professional training environment.
- Guide owners through exercises and help them understand dog behavior.
- Confidently manage different dogs, personalities, and learning speeds within groups.
What You Bring To The Job
- At least 1 year of experience in dog training.
- Experience leading group training classes.
- Experience conducting one-on-one (private) lessons.
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and training principles.
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of people and dogs.
- Empathy and patience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility.
- Approval from the Canton of Zurich to conduct compulsory dog training courses.
- Valid Swiss working permit or citizenship.
- Ability to work on-site in Samstagern.
- english: C1 – Advanced
