In your position, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring a calm and balanced environment for dog groups. You'll lead a dedicated team, guiding play, managing group dynamics, and communicating with dog parents, all while contributing to a growing and evolving company where ideas are always welcome.

What You Will Be Doing
- Welcome dogs and facilitate their smooth integration into the group.
- Manage and oversee dog groups, ensuring a balanced and calm environment.
- Observe interactions, guide play, and proactively adjust group dynamics as needed.
- Lead engaging walks with dog groups into natural environments like woods and fields.
- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the team.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with dog parents.
- Provide care, including brushing muddy paws and offering "mini spa moments."
- Capture and share memorable moments with clients.
- Address and resolve challenges with new or sensitive dogs and clients.
What You Bring To The Job
- Hold an FBA Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to comfortably handle groups of dogs.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Exhibit strong reliability, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering unforgettable client experiences.
- Hold a valid driver's license B.
- Commitment to working on-site in Zürich.
- english: B1 – Intermediate
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional experience in operational leadership or management.
- Experience with social media content creation.
- A curious and ambitious mindset.
- german: B1 – Intermediate
