What You Will Be Doing

  • Daily customer contact with members (mainly by telephone, e-Mails and chat)
  • Advising and handling customer inquiries about the resorts and regarding booking of holiday apartments 
  • Advising and selling various additional (touristic) holiday offers as well as the investment products (shares)

What You Bring To The Job

  • Completed vocational training, e.g. hotel management or/and commercial school/field or/and sales
  • First experience in customer and guest relations, ideally with telephone (travel) consulting 
  • Career changers are welcome, as long as language skills are fulfilled
  • Proofed handling of various computer programs and applications
  • Service- and team oriented working style with the aim to support and satisfy our customers at any time
  • Customer-oriented activity accustomed to sales, reception, reception or catering or similar
  • Pleasure in mostly telephone activity consulting (no call center function)
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional visits or business trips from Winterberg to Zug/CH
  • dutch: B2 – Upper Intermediate
  • german: B2 – Upper Intermediate
  • english: B1 – Intermediate

Nice-to-Haves

  • Interested in travel - hotel business and tourism consulting
